Update: Quartix Check

For those customers who take advantage of our walkaround checks app, Quartix Check, we have made some upgrades to the system.

Odometer readings

Drivers can now enter odometer readings, either via the new Vehicles tab on the app, or as part of an inspection.

Inspection templates

Now you can create bespoke inspections for your drivers and your fleet!

After logging on to your Quartix account and navigating to the Quartix Check tab, click the configurations icon in the bottom left of the screen and select inspection templates.

From here, click ‘Add template’ and begin building your customised inspection, section by section. Each section can have unlimited individual checks. Those checks can be further tailored by deciding:

• If they are a pass/fail check
• If notes are allowed
• Whether photos can be attached

You can also opt to add an odometer reading, as part of the check.

You can save your inspections as a draft or mark them as active or inactive. For example, you can have inspections that are only used in the winter months, then mark them as inactive during the summer months. 

The Quartix Check app is a fantastic tool that helps you ensure that your vehicles and your fleet are always in top condition and any issues are addressed and handled in a timely manner, long before they present problems or cause any unfortunate incidents.
